1 ½ ozs raisins
14 ozs Greek yogurt
2 mint
4 Kiwi

Preparation steps

1.

Roast almonds in a hot pan without fat over medium heat for 3 minutes, then chop coarsely. Mix with raisins and fill into 4 glasses. Pour yogurt on top.

2.

Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and set aside a few leaves for garnish. Peel kiwis, cut off 4 nice slices for garnish; finely puree the rest with mint and pour onto yogurt. Garnish the core mix with mint leaves and kiwi slices set aside.
