Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Sieve, 1 große Bowl, 1 Fork, 1 großer Pot, 1 Pot, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Peel and dice the onions.
2.
Cut the meat into bite-size cubes and sprinkle all over with a little flour.
3.
Heat the oil and brown the meat on all sides over a fairly high heat, a few pieces at a time. When the meat has browned, take it out of the skillet and sweat the onions. Then stir in the tomato puree and return the meat to the skillet. Pour in the broth, spices and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Simmer over a low heat for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, stirring from time to time. Add a little more broth if necessary. Season well with salt and cayenne pepper and serve.
