- 1 green chili pepper
- 6 Tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 lemon
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Avocados
- 3 Whole-wheat tortillas
Preparation steps

Rinse the chile, cut in half, remove the seeds and ribs and chop finely. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Blanch the tomatoes, peel, halve, remove the seeds and dice. Squeeze the juice from the lemon (to make 2 tablespoons), season with salt and pepper and stir in the oil. Mix all the prepared ingredients together.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and remove the skin. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.

Heat the tortillas in a pan or in the oven, cut into pieces and serve with the tomato salsa and avocados.
