Tortellini Casserole with Ham and Scallions
Mushrooms, with their content of B vitamins, including folic acid, ensure a good memory and strong nerves. Good sleep and a balanced mood are also important. The vitamin A from the spring onions improves vision, especially in the dark.
For the vegetarian alternative, the turkey cold cuts can be replaced by other vegetables. How about red peppers? The tortellini should also have a vegetarian filling. If you bring enough time with you, you can also prepare the tortellini yourself. You can find a recipe for tortellini with cream cheese filling here.
