- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 handful nice Spinach
- 4 Strawberries
- 100 grams Oyster mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 scoop Mozzarella
- ½ red onion
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Raspberry vinegar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers (ground)
- 2 Tbsps chickpeas (canned)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the tomatoes, core and cut into eighths.
2.
Rinse strawberries, trim and also cut into eight pieces.
3.
Cut mozzarella into cubes.
4.
Cut onion into rings.
5.
Wipe oyster mushrooms clean, cut smaller if necessary and cook for a few minutes in hot butter, salt and pepper.
6.
Wash spinach leaves, pat dry and line two dishes.
7.
Combine the vinegars, salt, pepper and oil and pour in the chickpeas, onion rings and mozzarella cubes.
8.
Put the mushrooms into the prepared dishes, add tomato and strawberry pieces, and distribute the salad sauce with chickpeas, onion rings and mozzarella cubes about.
