1 tsp White vinegar
1 tsp Raspberry vinegar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes, core and cut into eighths.

Rinse strawberries, trim and also cut into eight pieces.

Cut mozzarella into cubes.

Cut onion into rings.

Wipe oyster mushrooms clean, cut smaller if necessary and cook for a few minutes in hot butter, salt and pepper.
