- 150 grams baby Spinach
- 300 grams Strawberries
- 2 Kiwi
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsps Strawberry vinegar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 5 Tbsps sesame oil (mild)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse spinach, trim and spin dry. Rinse strawberries, hull and cut into thick slices. Peel kiwis and cut into slices. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil and sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the salad ingredients on plates and serve drizzled with the dressing.
