Preparation steps

Rinse spinach, trim and spin dry. Rinse strawberries, hull and cut into thick slices. Peel kiwis and cut into slices. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, vinegar, lemon juice, sesame oil and sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper.
