- 400 grams chopped Tomatoes (canned)
- 350 milliliters vegetable stock
- 1 can Beans (400 grams)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 1 handful Basil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 generous pinch Chili powder
- 250 grams Tortellini with meat filling (from the refrigerated section)
- Parmesan
- olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic and sauté over low heat. Add the tomatoes and cook briefly. Raise heat to medium and boil about 2 minutes. Add vegetable stock.

Bring soup to a boil and cook about 1 minute. Remove pan from heat and season with salt and pepper. Stir in chili powder.

Drain beans and add to soup, along with basil leaves.
4.
Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain well.
5.
Divide the tortellini among 4 bowls and top with soup. Serve immediately, with freshly grated Parmesan.
