1 large can of peeled Tomato
2 Tbsps instant granular Broth (Mediterranean)
salt
cayenne pepper
Chili powder
1 can Kidney beans about 280 grams (approximately 10 ounces)
2 green Bell pepper
150 grams Dry sausage (Garlic sausage)

Preparation steps

Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into rings and the garlic into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and cook the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the tomatoes with the liquid and 250 ml of water (approximately 1 cup). Mix in the broth. Cook for 10 minutes and crush the tomatoes with a wooden spoon. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and chili powder.

Put the beans on a sieve, rinse in cold water and add to the soup. Cut the peppers into quarters, rinse and finely chop. Cut the sausage into slices. Add the beans, sausage and peppers to the soup and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste.
