fresh red Chile pepper (washed, cleaned, gutted and coarsely chopped)

small red Onion (finely diced)

Tomatoes (washed, diced)
1 bunch
mixed Fresh herbs (washed, plucked from stalks and finely chopped)

125 milliliters

Preparation steps

1.

Add all the ingredients except the mineral water to a blender. Puree then season with salt.

Mix in the mineral water, then divide into glasses and serve.
