- 1 fresh red chili pepper (washed, cleaned, gutted and coarsely chopped)
- 1 small red onion (finely diced)
- 400 grams Tomatoes (washed, diced)
- 1 bunch mixed Fresh herbs (washed, plucked from stalks and finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- 1 tsp honey
- 125 milliliters mineral water

Preparation steps

Add all the ingredients except the mineral water to a blender. Puree then season with salt.

Mix in the mineral water, then divide into glasses and serve.
