1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

Cut the mozzarella into 0.5 mm (approximately 1/50 of an inch) thick slices. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the cores, and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick slices. Mix the oil with the lemon juice and the vinegar. 

2.

Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on four plates, then drizzle with the dressing. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Rinse the basil, pat dry, and sprinkle over the salad.
