Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve cherry tomatoes. Drain bocconcini.

2.

Toast pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden brown.

3.

For the dressing, mix vinegar and mustard, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and whisk in olive oil.

4.

Mix bocconcini, tomatoes and pine nuts in a bowl, add dressing and mix gently. Garnish salad with basil leaves to serve.
