Ingredients

for 4 servings
3 ripe Tomatoes
1 piece Cucumber
250 grams Fresh mozzarella (2 balls)
250 grams Shrimps (cooked)
1 Garlic clove
3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons Olive oil
½ teaspoon Sugar
Salt
Cayenne pepper
1 Ciabatta (300 grams)
Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse tomato and cucumber. Cut tomato, mozzarella and cucumber in to thin slices. Pat cooked shrimp dry.

Peel garlic. Mix vinegar, oil and sugar. Season with salt, cayenne and pressed garlic. Marinate shrimp for 15 minutes.

Cut bread into slices and toast in oven at 250°C (approximately 475°F). Distribute mozzarella, tomato and cucumber slices on the toasted bread, then top with shrimp and a little marinade. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
