- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp dried herbes de Provence
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 4 small Pork saddle steaks (each at 80 grams)
- 3 Tomatoes
- 100 grams Feta
- 1 scoop Mozzarella
- 40 grams butter
- 8 slices Toast
- 8 Lettuce
- Fresh herbs (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 250°C (approximately 475°F). Mix the oil with herbs, salt and pepper and coat the steaks with it. Rinse the tomatoes, get rid of the stalks and cut into slices. Crumble the feta cheese. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Sear the steaks in a hot frying pan with melted butter on each side, for about 1 minute.

Toast the slices of bread until golden brown. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Layer the pork with tomatoes, feta cheese, and mozzarella and place on the foil. Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered for about 4 minutes.
To serve: Butter the toast and cover with lettuce leaves. Place the cooked pork with the tomatoes and cheese on top. Garnish to taste with herbs.
