- freshly ground pepper
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 400 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 8 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Rinse and shake dry herbs. Rinse and pat dry chicken, season inside and out with salt and pepper. Stuff with rosemary and 3 thyme sprigs. Rinse and pat dry tomatoes.

Heat oil in a large ovenproof dish, add chicken and arrange garlic cloves and tomatoes around it.

Season vegetables with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 40-50 minutes, basting chicken with cooking juices often. Garnish with thyme sprigs and serve.
