½ cup fresh parsley (roughly chopped)
0.333 cup olive oil
¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
¼ cup pickled Caper (stems attached)
kosher salt (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.
In a large bowl, combine basil, parsley, olive oil balsamic vinegar, thyme, capers and season with salt and pepper.

Cut larger tomatoes in half, add tomatoes to dressing mixture. Cover and marinate for about 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, to allow flavors to blend.
3.
Toss gently before serving. Check seasoning, season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve.
