- 150 grams Wild herb such as ivy, reporting, comfrey, Giersch (if desired with flowers)
- 2 Beefsteak tomato
- 2 yellow Tomatoes
- 2 green Tomatoes
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps elderflower syrup
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Rose petal (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse herbs, trim, pat dry and pluck leaves from stems. Rinse tomatoes, remove stem and cut into slices or wedges.
2.
For the dressing, mix vinegar in a bowl with elderflower syrup and oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix all prepared salad ingredients together in a large bowl, cover with dressing, mix well and serve garnished with rose petals.
3.
Is a suitable side dish for grilled meats.
