- 150 grams dried sun-dried tomatoes
- 100 grams green Olives
- 100 grams black Olives
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 pinch ground paprika (sweet)
- freshly ground peppers
- course Sea salt

Preparation steps
1.
Cut tomato into strips. Drain olives. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic until lightly browned, add bay leaves and lemon juice, mix and remove from heat. Add tomatoes and olives to the pan, mix and season with paprika and a little pepper. Cover, let rest for about 1 hour and then season to taste and place in small bowl. Serve sprinkled with a little coarse salt.
