- 1 ⅛ cups fresh Mozzarella
- 8 pitted Olives
- 1 clove garlic cloves
- 8 slices Ciabatta
- dried oregano

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then refresh in cold water, skin and slice. Drain and slice the mozzarella. Halve the olives. Peel the garlic clove.
2.
Rub the slices of bread with the garlic clove and sprinkle with a little oregano. Then top first with mozzarella, then with tomato slices and olives. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
3.
Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Lay the prepared crostini on the tray and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (160° fan) | 350F | gas 4 for about 10 minutes.
