60 gramsblack Olives (pitted)
Parsley

Directions

1 Rinse, remove the stem, and slice the tomatoes.
2 Peel the shallots and garlic, and finely chop.
3 Slice the olives, Rinse, dry, and chop the leaves of the parsley.
4 Mix the capers with the balsamic vinegar, 1 pinch of sugar, oil, and parsley. Gently fold in the tomatoes, shallots, garlic, and olives. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika.
