60 grams black Olives (pitted)

1 Tbsp Caper (jarred)
4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 pinch sugar
6 Tbsps olive oil

1 generous pinch ground paprika

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, remove the stem, and slice the tomatoes.

2.

Peel the shallots and garlic, and finely chop.

3.

Slice the olives, Rinse, dry, and chop the leaves of the parsley.

4.

Mix the capers with the balsamic vinegar, 1 pinch of sugar, oil, and parsley. Gently fold in the tomatoes, shallots, garlic, and olives. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika.
