2 Tbsps lemon juice

For the salad
4 Vine Tomatoes (cored and chopped)
cup kalamata Olives
1 large Cucumber (diced)
1 large white onion (thinly sliced)
½ cup reduced-fat Feta (cubed)

Preparation steps
