- 400 grams Tofu
- 400 grams soybean (canned)
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil (light)
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Crumble the tofu in a bowl. Rinse the soybeans in a colander and drain well. Rinse the tomatoes, cut out stems and cut into wedges. Mix both with the sesame seeds and tofu. Whisk soy sauce with the rice vinegar, sesame oil and pepper. Mix dressing with the salad and serve.
