4 fresh Figs
150 grams green, seedless Grape
2 tsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as thyme, oregano and rosemary)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 250°C (approximately 475°F).

Peel the garlic and press lightly.

Toast the slices of ciabatta in the preheated oven until golden brown. Remove from the oven, rub on one side with the garlic and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Crumble the feta and spread onto the toasts. Rinse and trim the figs and cut into narrow slices. Rinse the grapes and pat dry. Arrange the figs and grapes on the toasts. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil and serve immediately.
