- 4 ripe Figs
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 3 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 12 rosemary
- 2 White rolls
- 1 handful Arugula
- 4 slices Prosciutto

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 200°C convection (approximately 400°F).

Rinse figs, pat dry, cut in half and transfer to a small roasting pan. Mix honey with vinegar and brush figs on all sides with mixture. Sprinkle with a bit of rosemary and bake about 20 minutes.
3.
Halve rolls and toast in the toaster until golden-brown. Rinse arugula and shake dry. Layer each roll with arugula, prosciutto and two fig halves.
