1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and halved)
12 slices Ciabatta
good-quality olive oil (for drizzling)
1 cup Feta (crumbled)
4 fresh, ripe Figs (rinsed and sliced into wedges)
1 cup seedless, green Grape (rinsed)
1 Tbsp chopped, fresh Fresh herbs (such as; thyme; rosemary; chives; oregano)
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven broiler. Carefully, toast the bread until golden brown.
2.
Rub one side of the bread with garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the crumbled feta over each slice of bread.
3.
Arrange sliced figs and grapes on top of the feta and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper and drizzle lightly with more olive oil. Serve immediately.
