50 grams black Truffle
4 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Trim asparagus, peel bottom third of the stalk and cut the asparagus bite-size pieces. Rinse and finely slice truffles. Cook asparagus pieces in boiling salted water until tender. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Melt butter in a large sauté pan. Add truffle and sauté with gentle heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the asparagus and tagliatelle and mix everything carefully. Arrange on warmed plates and serve immediately.
