- Sea salt
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 1 garlic clove
- 50 Parmesan
- 10 Walnut
- 1 tsp Fruit Vinegar
- 120 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 50 grams dried Tomatoes

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as directed on the package until al dente. Rinse parsley and arugula, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Peel the garlic.
2.
Crumble the cheese coarsely. Mix the parsley with the cheese, nuts, vinegar, and broth. Puree into pesto. Dice the tomatoes. Drain the pasta and immediately toss with pesto.
To serve: Sprinkle with tomatoes and garnish with arugula.
