- 50 grams Walnut
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 splash lemon juice
- 400 grams Spaghetti
- fresh Fresh herbs (for serving; such as basil or parsley)

Preparation steps

Rinse parsley, strip off leaves and pat dry. In a blender, puree parsley with walnuts, peeled garlic, and grape seed oil. With motor running, add olive oil until pesto has a thick texture. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and divide pasta among plates or bowls. Top pasta with pesto and serve garnished with fresh herbs.
