- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- 200 grams Napa cabbage
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 100 grams Walnut
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ bunch Basil
- 2 Tbsps Parmesan (freshly grated)
- grapeseed oil
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Cook tagliatelle in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2.
Rinse cabbage, trim and cut into pieces. Blanch in boiling salted water, rinse and drain.
3.
Peel garlic and pluck leaves from the basil. Puree both with walnuts and a little oil. Gradually blend in as much oil as needed to make a thick pesto. Mix in Parmesan and season with salt.
4.
Sauté cabbage in butter, stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper.
5.
Distribute the drained tagliatelle on warmed plates and top with the cabbage. Spread pesto on top and serve immediately.
