Nutritional values
In addition to vitamin A, sweet potatoes provide plenty of basic minerals such as copper, potassium and iron. The hummus supplies our muscles with protein and has a long-lasting satiating effect.
The toast can be topped according to your preferences. For example, how about almond paste and chia jam? Or with avocado and fresh herbs? There are no limits to your imagination!
