Preparation steps

Cover the tea with 500 ml (approximately 17 ounces) of boiling water. Let steep for 2 minutes, then strain. Peel and thinly slice the ginger. Add the tea, ginger and apple juice to a saucepan. Add the cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon to the saucepan. Heat for 10 minutes, but don't allow to come to a boil.

Remove the spices, sweeten to taste with honey, and serve in glasses.
