- 2 eggs
- 150 grams Pastry flour
- 2 tsps Baking powder
- 250 milliliters milk
- 2 Tbsps liquid honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsps butter (for frying)

Preparation steps

Separate eggs and place egg whites in refrigerator.

Mix flour, baking powder, milk, honey and egg yolks until smooth. Let rest approximately let 15 minutes.

Beat egg whites with salt until stiff and fold into batter.

Heat butter in a nonstick pan and add a tablespoon of batter to it. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
5.
Continue until all batter is used. Keep pancakes warm in oven at 80 ° C (approximately 175 ° F). Serve on plates.
