Apple Flavored Punch
Peel and slice the ginger. Bring 500 ml (approximately 17 ounces) of water to a boil, add the tea, and let steep for 5 minutes.
Heat the apple juice, cider, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan. Add the tea, then season to taste with the lemon juice and the honey. Pass the punch through a fine strainer into glasses, garnish with an apple slice, and serve.
