300 grams Chinese Egg noodle
2 stalks Celery
2 Bell pepper (red and green)
150 grams Snow peas
150 grams Baby corn cob
300 grams shrimp (ready to cook)
2 garlic cloves
2 centimeters ginger
2 Tbsps soybean oil
100 milliliters sweet and sour Sauce
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
Chili powder

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta according to instructions on the package.

Trim the celery, rinse and cut diagonally into slices. Trim the peppers, cut in half, rinse, remove seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips. Rinse and peel the snow peas. Rinse the baby corn and drain. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry.

Peel the garlic and ginger and finely chop. Cook together in hot wok in oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes. Push up on wok edge, then cook the celery with the pepper strips, the snow peas and the corn while stirring for 3-4 minutes. Pour the sweet and sour sauce over vegetables, stir in the drained noodles and cook everything together until done.

Season with fish sauce and chile powder and serve.
