- 250 grams Durum wheat
- 600 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 40 grams Walnut
- 75 grams Surimi
- 75 grams Cocktail shrimp
- 100 grams cream cheese
Preparation steps

Cover the durum wheat with broth for about 10 minutes (or according to instructions on the package) and simmer. If necessary, add a little more broth.

Combine the vinegar with the honey and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Drain the wheat, if necessary, and mix into the dressing. Allow to cool and infuse.
3.
Coarsely chop the walnuts. Rinse the surimi and shrimp, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Gently mix together with the nuts, the cream cheese and the wheat dressing, season to taste and spoon into glasses to serve.
