2 lemons
200 grams acid Whipped cream
2 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps sunflower oil
salt

1 bunch Salad burnet (or other fresh herbs)

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, cut surimi into slices. Rinse and trim the celery and cut into fine strips, leaving some of the green leaves. Rinse one lemon in hot water, wipe dry, remove the lemon peel and cut the flesh into thin slices.

2.

For the salad dressing, squeeze the juice from second lemon and mix with the sour cream, vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Add to the salad and mix, sprinkle with rinsed herbs, garnish with celery leaves and serve.
