300 grams large shrimp (ready to cook)
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
250 grams mixed Lettuce (to taste)
200 grams Strawberries
For the dressing
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 tsp Raspberry vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp cane sugar
½ tsp Mustard
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
salt
peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Add finely chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper and continue cooking for 1 more minute, stirring. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

Rinse salad greens, spin dry and pluck small leaves as needed. Rinse and pat dry strawberries.

3.

Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

4.

Combine lettuce and strawberries, place on plates and drizzle with dressing. Top with shrimp and serve.
