4 ripe Peaches
½ cup Almond flour
4 Amaretti biscuits (crumbled)
4 Tbsps dark Muscovado sugar
cup cream (30% fat)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6.
2.
Cut the peaches in half and remove the stones. Mix together the almonds, crumbled amaretti and sugar and fill the cavities of the peaches with the mixture.
3.
Place the filled peaches in a small roasting pan and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
4.
While the peaches are cooking, lightly whip the cream and serve alongside the baked peaches.
