1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsps Orange juice

Preparation steps

Rinse and hull strawberries. Transfer to a saucepan. Mash strawberries, add water and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Strain cooked fruit through a cloth into a pot. Stir in sugar, along with lemon and orange juices. Boil over high heat until slightly syrupy, about 5 minutes. Skim any foam, then pour syrup into well-rinsed bottles. Close tightly.

Serve syrup with sparkling water or sparkling wine. Garnish with strawberries.
