3 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
100 milliliters whipped Whipped cream
8 Food-safe craft sticks

Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries, trim stems, coarsely chop and puree. Stir together the puree with the vanilla sugar, lemon juice, yogurt, and whipped cream. Pour the strawberry mixture into small glasses and transfer to the freezer for at least 4 hours. After about 1 hour, when the mixture has partially frozen, stand a wooden stick in the middle of each glass.

To serve, warm the outside of the glass briefly with warm water. Pull the strawberry pop free from the glass and serve immediately.
