- 500 grams fresh, ripe Strawberries
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 200 grams Natural yogurt
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- 6 Popsicle sticks

Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries, remove stems and drain. Then puree and strain through a sieve. Boil the sugar with 50 ml (approximately 1/4 cup) of water until syrupy. Let cool and mix with the strawberry puree, lime juice and yogurt. Beat and add the cream until stiff. Place the mixture in a flat metal mold in the freezer, stirring occasionally (about every half hour) until it is half frozen.

Use small ramekins (in any form) holding 150 ml (approximately 1/4 cup) and also place in the freezer. When the ice cream is half frozen, fill in the molds. Insert a wooden stick into each and freeze another 3-4 hours. Before serving, run the molds briefly in hot water and release from the molds.
