400 grams fresh, ripe Strawberries
4 Tbsps sugar
1 whole Lime (juiced)
250 grams Natural yogurt
1 egg white
50 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries, trim, pick through and drain. Then puree and spread through a sieve. Boil the sugar with 2 tablespoons water until syrupy, let cool and mix with the strawberry puree, lime juice and yogurt. Beat the egg whites and cream until stiff and fold into the mixture. Pour the fruit pulp in a flat metal mold and freeze, stirring occasionally (about every 30 minutes) until frozen.

You can also use popsicle molds. Half freeze the mixture, pour into the molds, insert wooden sticks and freeze another 3-4 hours. To serve, place the molds briefly in hot water.
