Honeydew melon (About 500 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and hull the strawberries and depending on the size quarter or halve.

2.

Halve the melon, remove the seeds and with a melon baller, scoop out melon balls. Peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Mix the fruit in a bowl.

3.

Juice the lemon and pour the juice over the fruit along with the honey. Mix well and refrigerate 30 minutes, tossing occasionally.

4.

Meanwhile, toast the almonds in a dry skillet, let cool and sprinkle over the fruit salad.
