Preparation steps

1.

Puree the strawberries. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Mix the quark with the strawberry puree and powdered sugar. Melt the gelatin in the orange juice in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir into the strawberry mixture. Whip the cream until stiff then fold in.

Line a small bowl (750 ml capacity) (25 ounces) with plastic wrap, cut the ladyfingers diagonally and use to line the bowl. Pour in the strawberry mousse, cover and chill for 5 hours in the refrigerator.

3.

To serve, invert the Charlotte onto a serving plate and remove the plastic wrap. Garnish with strawberries and whipped cream.
