20 grams dried shiitake mushrooms
150 grams Napa cabbage
1 small onion
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
150 grams soybean sprout
200 grams Snow peas
150 grams small button Mushroom
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves
75 milliliters light soy sauce
250 grams Rice
salt

Preparation steps

Soak mushrooms for 30 minutes in a bowl of lukewarm water. Rinse cabbage, trim and cut into strips. Peel onion, trim and cut into small cubes. Rinse snow peas and remove ends. Trim mushrooms and chop. Rinse soy bean sprouts with hot water and drain.

Cook rice in a pot of salted water according to package directions and drain.

Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan. Sauté onion and ginger in the wok. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press. Add snow peas and fry 2 minutes while stirring. Dry mushrooms, cut into pieces, add mushrooms to the wok and fry for another 2 minutes. Add bean sprouts and cabbage, fry for another 3 minutes while stirring and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Serve in bowls with rice.
