- 1 pc ginger (10 grams)
- 1 kilogram Pork
- 5 Tbsps bright soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup (15 grams)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 150 grams mixed Sprout
- 3 Tbsps Sesame seeds (30 grams)
- 1 tsp Fish sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and grate the ginger. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, ketchup, honey, ginger and oil. Add the pork, turning to coat, refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Meanwhile, rinse the peppers, halve lengthwise and remove the seeds and white ribs and cut into strips. Rinse sprouts and drain well.
3.
Heat a large skillet or a wok over high heat, add the meat and saute until browned, about 4 minutes. Add the peppers and cook 2 minutes.
4.
Add the sprouts and sesame seeds and cook 1 minute. Drizzle with fish sauce and serve.
