Stir Fried Fruit
The fruits in this recipe are high in fiber and nutrients! They can improve digestion, boost immunity, and suppress inflammation. There are a ton of benefits in this recipe, not to mention, it tastes fantastic!
Substitue coconut oil for vegetable oil for more health benefits!
For the stir fry, peel pineapple, cut into quarters, remove stalk and cut into pieces. Rinse star fruit, cut into slices and then cut into bite-size pieces. Peel kiwi, quarter and cut into slices. Peel orange with a sharp knife and cut into cubes.
Rinse persimmon, remove stalks and cut into cubes. Heat oil in a wok. Add prepared fruit pieces, fry while stirring, drizzle with honey, add almonds and stir. Arrange sir fried fruit on saucers and serve garnished with berries.
