Stir-Fried Broccoli with Garlic
Rinse the broccoli, and drain well. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a wok, and cook the garlic until golden brown. Add the broccoli, stir fry briefly and deglaze with the rice vinegar. Add 1-2 tablespoons of say sauce and a little water. Cover, and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
Uncover, and cook until the liquid has almost evaporated.
Season to taste with soy sauce and pepper. Transfer to a serving platter, and serve.
