200 grams Broccoli
1 Chicken breast
2 Tbsps Peanut oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sherry

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and cut the scallions diagonally into rings. Rinse the broccoli and cut into florets.

Rinse the chicken breast, pat dry and cut into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet and saute the chicken until slightly browned, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, add the soy sauce and season with pepper.

Add the remaining oil to the pan and saute the scallions and the broccoli briefly. Add a little water and cook, stirring frequently until the broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the vinegar, sherry and chicken, season with pepper and serve immediately.
