- 6 Chicken drumstick
- 6 Chicken thigh
- ⅔ cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 2 tsps freshly grated ginger (grated)
- 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Preparation steps

Rinse chicken under cold running water and wipe dry with paper towels. Trim any fat and extra skin from the chicken.

Combine honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and oil. Coat chicken with marinade and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 375º F. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
4.
Place chicken in prepared roasting pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5.
Divide chicken between plates and garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve.
