- 4 egg yolks
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup Rice flour
- ⅓ cup Tapioca flour
- ¼ cup Coconut milk

Preparation steps
1.
Beat the egg yolks and the sugar in a bain-marie.
2.
Mix together the flours and the coconut milk and stir into the egg mixture.
3.
Pour into moulds and heat a litre water in a wok. Place a wire rack in the wok and place the moulds on the rack. Cover with a lid and steam for 5-7 min.
4.
Remove from the wok, leave to cool then carefully knock out of the moulds and serve.
